Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User") and xbagi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the xbagi platform located at https://xbagi.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the xbagi platform.
xbagi is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live casino, sports betting, slots, and crash games to adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the xbagi platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, game participation, and account management. These Terms should be read alongside the xbagi Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and xbagi.

1Eligibility
To register and use the xbagi platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

2Account Registration
Each player may hold only one active xbagi account. To register an account you must provide a valid mobile number, a secure password, and any additional information required by xbagi during the registration process. By completing registration you agree to the following obligations:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbagi login credentials, including your password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
- You must notify xbagi support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You must keep your registered contact details up to date. xbagi will use the mobile number registered to your account for identity verification, password reset, and important account communications. An outdated mobile number may prevent you from accessing your account.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
- xbagi accounts are for personal use only. Players must not transfer, sell, or assign their account or any associated balances to another person under any circumstances.
xbagi reserves the right to decline any account registration application without stating a reason, and to close any account that does not meet eligibility requirements at any point after registration.
3Deposits and Withdrawals
xbagi supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the xbagi platform:
- The minimum deposit amount on xbagi is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of the transaction.
- All funds deposited into a player's xbagi account must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. xbagi does not accept third-party payments. Deposits originating from payment methods belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. xbagi reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to copies of a government-issued national ID, proof of the payment method used, and proof of address.
- Processing times for withdrawals depend on the payment method selected. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, public holidays, or compliance checks are outside xbagi's control.
- xbagi does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond xbagi's control. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.
xbagi is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. All transactions are monitored. Unusual patterns, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or deposits that cannot be matched to a verified player identity may result in account suspension, further investigation, and reporting to relevant authorities.
4Bonuses and Promotions
xbagi may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.
- Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play only. Any player found using bonus funds in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, pattern betting designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming — will have their bonus voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their account reviewed for potential suspension.
- xbagi reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion before it is withdrawn will generally retain their existing bonus balance subject to the original terms, unless the modification is required for legal or compliance reasons.
- Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded game categories may result in the bonus being forfeited.
- Each promotional offer is available to eligible players once only unless the offer specifically states that it is repeatable. Creating multiple accounts or otherwise circumventing the one-per-player rule to claim a bonus more than once is treated as fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
xbagi is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbagi platform. Any player found engaging in any of the following activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human interaction mechanism to place bets, spin slots, or otherwise interact with the xbagi platform.
- Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, match, or betting event, including chip dumping in live poker or table games.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or undocumented features in xbagi's platform or in any game provided on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the xbagi platform to launder money or to process funds that derive from any illegal activity. xbagi maintains active AML monitoring and is obligated to report suspicious transactions.
- Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account, whether under a real or fictitious name.
- Conducting any form of fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute against xbagi, including disputing legitimate transactions with a payment provider after funds have been used for gaming purposes.
xbagi reserves the right to void bets and game results, withhold withdrawals, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, pending the outcome of any internal or external investigation. Determinations made by xbagi regarding prohibited conduct are final.
6Responsible Gaming
xbagi takes its responsibilities in relation to player welfare seriously. We are committed to providing tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:
- Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion period at any time by contacting xbagi support at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and the player will not be permitted to register a new account or access their existing account.
- Players may request deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) to be placed on their account. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days following the request to allow for a cooling-off period.
- Players who feel they need a temporary break from gaming may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, access to the player's account will be restricted and no marketing communications will be sent.
- xbagi will never contact players with bonus offers or promotional material during any self-exclusion or cooling-off period. If a player believes they are receiving such communications in error during a restriction period, they should notify [email protected] immediately.
7Intellectual Property
All content on the xbagi platform — including but not limited to the xbagi brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game category structures, written content, and promotional materials — is the property of xbagi or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the xbagi platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of xbagi.
Game content on the xbagi platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, PG Soft, Microgaming, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective studio or provider. Use of game content outside the xbagi platform is not permitted.
8Privacy and Data

9Limitation of Liability

- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xbagi's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10Account Suspension and Termination
xbagi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of this right, xbagi may suspend or close an account in any of the following circumstances:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or the responsible gaming policy.
- xbagi has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
- The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during their use of the platform.
- The player has requested account closure. Players wishing to close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining account balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
Where an account is closed by xbagi for cause (including any breach of these Terms), xbagi reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the account pending investigation, and to void any bonus balances or winnings derived from prohibited activity. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately owed to the player after investigation, xbagi will return those funds.
11Amendments to These Terms
xbagi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made to these Terms, xbagi will notify players via a notice on the xbagi platform. Minor corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes may be made without specific notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.
Your continued use of the xbagi platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the xbagi platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
12Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which xbagi operates. xbagi makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is each player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the xbagi platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
Any dispute between a player and xbagi should be raised in the first instance with xbagi's customer support team at [email protected]. xbagi will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes in good faith and in a timely manner. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
